Bal can seem quiet, but that’s just because he’s the hardest worker in the room. He’s definitely known by his focus and ability to adapt and overcome any obstacle. He is determined and knows what it takes to improve. Bal, along with his wife Harleen and his daughter Saia are a very important part of our community.

But besides that Phil is one of the most amazing guys we’ve met. Supportive, funny and kind, Phil is always there to give a helping hand. Often you can find him throwing it down with his Workout Buddy Brent or with his inspiration, his daughter Emme.
We are so happy, that both, Phil and Emme consider Sheepdog their second home <3.
Laura is a mom of two, wife, entrepreneur and Sheepdog athlete. What we love about Laura is how committed she is when it comes to crushing her goals.
