EMBRACE FITNESS, HEALTH & STRENGTH

at Sheepdog we provide you with a supportive environment for improving your fitness. Our classes are delivered in groups, and all workouts can be scaled or adjusted to suit your individual needs. This provides the ability for you and everyone else to participate at a level that is challenging, yet achievable and beneficial.

  • The Adult CrossFit program at Sheepdog CrossFit is centered around improving your fitness level across a range of criteria. Goals are achieved by training all athletes in the skills of Gymnastics, Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, and Cardiovascular Endurance. Training across this broad spectrum, allows Sheepdog’s clients to achieve a level of fitness that will improve their performance in recreational sports, personal activities and day-to-day physical tasks, when outside the gym.

    We have adults classes running every day from 5:30AM to 10:15AM and then from 5:00PM to 8:30PM.

  • Sheepdog’s CrossFit for Teens program is offered 2 days per week for young teens between 12-16 years old. Our L2 classes are run similarly to our adult classes delivered in a 60 min window.

    In this class, our Teens will work on Olympic Lifting & gymnastics movements and cardio & endurance drills helping them develop their body awareness while building up strength and capacity.

  • At Ascension Martial Arts our main focus is to help you or your child achieve your martial arts and fitness goals.

    We offer programs like Braziilan JiuJitsu, Junior Martial Arts, Kickboxing and MMA

  • In this class Coach Paul guides the athletes through strongman and powerlifting drills, helping them build their capacity and overall strength.

    *This class has a duration of 60 minutes and runs on Tuesdays from 12:00-1:00PM

  • Get swole and flexy as Coach Kari takes you to mobility drills that will help you decompress from a week of hard work at the gym.

    We all need to recover from those heavy lifts and hard pulling movement. Your muscles will thank you.

    This class runs on Mon & Thurs at 6:15PM.

  • As a CrossFit gym it is a REQUIREMENT that every new member without previous CrossFit experience attends our Goal Setting/ On Ramp course (CrossFit 2-hour introduction).

    *The On Ramp runs on the second Saturday of every month from 12:00-2:00PM
