Newbie On-Ramp


Sheepdog CrossFit is always looking to add to its Port Coquitlam CrossFit community’s family and new members (Newbies) are always welcome! Anyone interested in joining starts with a small group  fitness class where the basics of CrossFit and its lifts are demonstrated, and movement foundations are explained, and practiced.

After this initial exposure you will be ready to start your group training and will be able to participate in a group CrossFit class. Your two group CrossFit workouts will be scaled for your personal abilities and confidence level but you’ll get a taste of what CrossFit is all about by experiencing it from your own perspective.

Once you complete the “Newbie On-Ramp” program you’ll have a much clearer view of what CrossFit at Sheepdog can offer you, and how our functional movement and effective exercise and mobility programs will benefit you, your health and fitness levels, and ultimately, your overall lifestyle.

Sheepdog also offers On-Ramp participants their 3rd month FREE, when then sign up for a monthly Adult program within 7 days of completing their On-Ramp introduction. Please talk to one of our coaches if you have any additional questions about our membership options.
